TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Full payment to reserve a slot (limit 2 works/ 1 slot)

  • No refund

  • No commercial use (** fyi. use as a freebie for any purchase is commercial use.**)

  • I don’t design

  • It takes 4-7 days to finish one commission

  • Work on RGB mode only

  • Send 2 files (jpg and png(transpenret bg))

  • You can request a psd file

  • 3 total edits

  • After confirming the sketch, only colors can be changed.

  • You can't edit or change it after the artwork is done and all files have been sent.

  • In any case, if you publish the artwork, please credit me

  • I might use the artwork for the portfolio and post on my social media accounts. Please let me know if you don’t want it published

  • I might reject your request if I'm not comfortable drawing it.

Conditions for printing artwork as giveaways for free events

  • Print up to 50 copies only

  • There is an additional charge if you print more than 50 copies

  • Do not open pre-orders even if you don’t get any profits. You have to pay all expenses by yourself in making the freebies.

เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ

  • โอนเงินเต็มจำนวนเพื่อจองคิว (จำกัด 2 งาน/1 คิว)

  • สั่งคอมมิชชั่นแล้วห้ามยกเลิก ไม่มีการคืนเงิน

  • ไม่รับงานเชิงพาณิชย์ (fyi. การนำงานไปใช้เป็นของแถมสำหรับการซื้อสินค้าใดๆ นับเป็นการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์)

  • ไม่รับออกแบบ ลูกค้าต้องคิดทุกอย่างเอง

  • ระยะเวลาการทำงานประมาณ 4-7 วันต่อหนึ่งงาน

  • ทำงานโหมด RGB เท่านั้น

  • ส่งไฟล์ได้ทั้งหมด 3 ไฟล์ (jpg, png, psd)

  • แก้งานได้ทั้งหมด 3 ครั้ง ตลอดการทำงาน

  • หลังจากคอนเฟิร์มสเก็ตช์แล้ว จะแก้ได้เพียงแค่สีเท่านั้น

  • หากส่งไฟล์งานให้ลูกค้าแล้ว ถือว่าจบงาน งดรับแก้

  • อาจมีการนำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปใส่ใน portfolio หรือเผยแพร่ในโซเชียลมีเดียของผู้วาด โปรดแจ้งหากลูกค้าไม่ต้องการให้นำงานไปเผยแพร่

  • หากลูกค้านำงานไปเผยแพร่ต่อ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด รบกวนให้เครดิตผู้วาด

  • อาจมีบางงานที่ไม่รับ

เงื่อนไขการนำงานไปทำของแจก

  • ผลิตได้สูงสุด 50 ชิ้นเท่านั้น

  • มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมหากผลิตเกิน 50 ชิ้น

  • ผู้จ้างวาดต้องเป็นคนออกค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำของแจกเองทั้งหมด ห้ามเปิดพรีหรือเปิดหาร แม้จะไม่บวกกำไรก็ตาม
